How your data is handled

In short: the information you submit is used to assess your application, plan the potential test event and contact you about Red Bull Aces.

• Identity and contact details: name, nationality, email address and mobile phone number.
• Athlete profile: date of birth, height, weight, helmet size, the helmet brand and model you usually fly, wingsuit experience and competition history.
• Equipment preferences, the body-unit technical acknowledgement and availability for the proposed event dates.
• Submission evidence: consent date and version, IP address and browser identification, used to keep an audit record.

We use this information to review athlete suitability, prepare the sporting, operational and safety aspects of the trial, contact potential participants and record the choices made in the application.

Access should be limited to authorised members of the Red Bull Aces project and service providers needed to operate the application. The information is not intended for sale or public display.

We count visits to public pages without advertising cookies. Before storage, the IP address and browser identifier are transformed into a keyed hash that rotates monthly. Raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs and query strings are not stored; only the referral domain and a sanitised UTM source label may be retained. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track are respected.

The administration dashboard receives only aggregate page views, estimated visitors, device categories, referral domains and application conversion. Automated traffic is identified separately.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information through the privacy contact below. The definitive retention period and any legal exceptions must be confirmed before the form is opened to the public.
